In 2008, Kelsey Montague, an American student attending university in London, traveled to Nairobi, Kenya to join her sister Courtney - co-founder of the Global Volunteer Network Foundation. Together, the sisters visited a number of orphanages in the Nairobi area, including Kibera, the second largest slum in Africa.
